Employee Network Groups (ENGs)

Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are employee-led, self-directed voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally, to attract a diverse employee base, to provide the inclusion of ideas and solutions, and to create opportunities for mentoring and career development.

Why do we have ENGs at CREC?

  • To help create a sense of belonging for all employees.
  • To support a healthy and inclusive work environment.
  • To provide a collective voice around shared issues or concerns.
  • To promote internal diversity initiatives.

What will ENGs focus on?

  • Assisting to foster a healthy and inclusive climate.
  • Leveraging diverse perspectives to encourage new ideas and innovation, and lead to better outcomes for stakeholders (students, families, and staff.)
  • Hosting and promoting Professional Development

Black Employee Network Group

Dedicated to broadening the agency’s understanding and inclusion of employees who identify as Black.

Juntos Avanzamos

Nurture the development of the diverse cultural backgrounds of Latinas, Latinos & Latinx people.

Pride - LGBTQIA+ & Allies

Celebrate, empower, and connect the intersectional and diverse LGBTQIA+ & Allies community.

US Military Community

Embrace the proud military community employees who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, career development, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention.

Women's Circle

Supports, affirms, and uplifts colleagues who identify as women at CREC. We are an inclusive community that raises and addresses issues and opportunities for CREC women. We share and support professional and personal growth and cultivate, celebrate, and empower women’s determination and purpose.
