Event Cancellations

To determine whether a CREC professional development event has been canceled or delayed, visit the Events page and check for any notices.
Registered participants should also monitor their email to see if an event has been rescheduled or delayed due to weather.

Fraud Reporting

CREC accepts tips and complaints from all sources about potential fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement at CREC. Please call (860) 524-4018 or email fraudreporting@crec.org and provide as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously, and this information will be promptly reviewed by CREC’s leadership.

If you're having issues with the job application platform Applitrack, please contact them directly using their Request Technical Help form.

Technical Help

If you are a CREC employee and are having immediate unresolvable technical issues, such as hardware/software failure or any other issue bringing work to a standstill, please call the Technology Help Desk at (860) 509-3636.
If you're having general computer difficulties, please submit a Service Cloud ticket and IT will get back to you.
