To request photography or audio/video support, submit a Project Request and select Project Type: Photo/Video.

Photography
The Department of Communications has photographers available to cover major events, news, or other media. Due to scheduling, it is important that our department has your event on our calendar as soon as possible if you would like photographs taken. As soon as you have an event schedule, please submit a Project Request so that we can assign a photographer.
Audio/Video Production
CREC’s production team records and edits high-quality audio and video for the web, television, radio, or other distribution/marketing purposes. On occasion, depending on the length and type of project, we may work with an outside vendor to produce videos for CREC Schools and programs.
Video production can take anywhere from a week to a number of months. Our department will work with you to establish a timeline for your production. It is highly recommended that you submit your request as soon as possible to ensure that your video has enough time for filming, editing, and production.
