Eduardo Miranda is a highly accomplished professional in education finance and operations, with over 20 years of experience spanning K-12 and higher education settings. A Hartford native, Eduardo is deeply committed to supporting students, staff, and school districts through sound financial management and strategic leadership.
Throughout his career, Eduardo has excelled in finance, accounting, human resources, and operations, holding key leadership roles in Hartford, Danbury, and Middletown school districts. Beyond financial expertise, Eduardo is recognized for his ability to inspire and support teams, foster collaboration, and drive positive systemic change. His leadership portfolio includes facilities management, auxiliary services (such as school safety, transportation, and food services), payroll, grants, and accounts payable/receivable. He has also developed strong partnerships with city and state officials and external organizations to promote growth and community engagement.
Eduardo’s contributions extend to higher education, where he worked for six years within the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system, advancing financial education for both PreK-12 and college students. He is also a passionate advocate for community involvement, serving on the boards of Connecticut Health Resources (CHR), the Connecticut Association of Latinos in Higher Education (CALAHE), and the Connecticut Association of School Business Officials (CASBO).
