Emerging in early childhood, ASD encompasses many symptoms, deficits, and degrees of severity. Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services

Soundbridge provides specialized educational support to school districts for students with hearing loss who are using listening and spoken language to communicate and learn, through instruction of direct and indirect services like aural habilitation, audition, self-advocacy skills, and district-wide collaborative education.

SCHOOLS

CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Half Day Program

Provides high school students from the Capitol Region and beyond with rigorous training in the arts. Students choose a major from six different arts disciplines: Dance, Music (instrumental or vocal), Musical Theater, Theater, Design & Theatre Production, and Visual Arts. All classes are taught by professional Artist-Instructors.
