Teacher evaluation refers to the formal process a school uses to review and rate teachers' performance and effectiveness in the classroom. An effective teacher evaluation system is critical to improving teacher quality. CREC offers products and services that can help administrators recognize great teachers so we can learn from and replicate their success as well as teachers who may need extra training to reach their full potential.

Teacher Education and Mentoring program (TEAM)

The TEAM Program is a process of continuous professional growth designed around five professional growth modules. Depending on the beginning teacher's area of certification and teaching assignment, they are required to complete up to five modules which are focused on the following domains of the Common Core of Teaching (CCT).
