DEI Professional Learning Series

Foundations of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

This training series provides participants with an overview of foundational information related to DEI and antiracism. It defines the language of DEI, race, racism, and antiracism and provides context for participants to understand how these themes are connected to their roles. The training explores belonging and social identity topics and provides tools for participants to interrupt and respond to bias and microaggressions.

Continuous Learning Series

Collaborate with CRG’s Education Specialists for Equity to create a customized learning series to meet the needs of your program, school, or district. Education Specialists have expertise in presenting on various topics including, but not limited to:

• Supporting School Leaders to lead for equity
• Understanding social identity, privilege, and bias
• Creating a culture of belonging and inclusion
• Building equity literacy and cultural awareness
• Culturally responsive teaching and representation in curriculum
• Responding to students' behavior and restorative practices
• Supporting student-led advocacy / social justice teams
• Recruiting and retaining Educators of Color
