Equity Program Reviews and Curriculum Reviews provide a research-based, comprehensive evaluation of current practices, perspectives, and materials within your organization as well as recommendations for addressing in-equities.
A comprehensive review of the school, district, or organization from the perspectives of various stakeholder groups such as leadership, staff members, students, and families. The review focuses on various domains of school performance, such as professional learning strategies, academic curriculum, school culture, community partnerships, and retention of school employees. The program review uses research strategies to collect and analyze data through focus groups and surveys. Findings are presented in an executive summary that provides a detailed report of areas of strength and improvement for addressing organizational inequities.
An in-depth review of curricular resources and materials by grade level and subject area to identify areas of inequity and bias. The review uses a research-based rubric to evaluate racial/ethnic representation and culturally relevant materials. Findings are proceeding in a detailed summary of opportunity gaps and recommendations for improvement.
