Digital Health & Wellness

In today’s “always-on world”, digital wellness is no longer optional; it’s essential. CREC’s Digital Health & Wellness services are designed to empower students, staff, and families to navigate the digital world with awareness, balance, and purpose.

Our approach is proactive, inclusive, and grounded in current research, helping school communities develop lifelong digital habits that are safe, respectful, responsible, appropriate, and kind.

Our Digital Wellness offerings include:

• Student Workshops & Lessons: Age-appropriate, engaging programming that builds digital citizenship, media balance, and online responsibility, aligned to CASEL, ISTE, and Common Core standards.
• Staff Professional Development: Training for educators and school staff on modeling healthy digital behavior, addressing device misuse, and supporting student wellness in technology-rich environments.
• Family Engagement Sessions: Interactive, solution-focused workshops that help caregivers implement home agreements, monitor online activity, and nurture healthy tech use at home.
