What We Offer

Level One: Basic Family Literacy

Our Basic Family Literacy Program is designed to help families improve their future prospects and support their children’s learning.

  • Adult Education and Literacy: We provide classes for parents and family members to enhance their reading, writing, and math skills. This helps adults prepare for further education, career growth, and economic stability.
  • Interactive Learning: Parents and family members engage in fun, interactive activities with their children. These activities boost both their own and their children’s learning experiences.
  • Training for Parents: We teach parents how to be effective teachers and partners in their children’s education. This includes strategies for supporting their child’s learning at home.
  • Child Education: We offer age-appropriate learning activities for children to help them succeed in school and in life.

This program aims to create lasting improvements for families by integrating these essential elements for both adults and children.

Level Two: Instructional Innovation

Instructional Innovation provides practical training to boost ESL students' skills in using essential digital tools and technology for college and the workplace. Our sessions cover email, online research, productivity software, and learning management systems. We also offer ESL instruction to help you improve your English while you learn these digital skills. Our aim is to enhance your digital literacy and make you more confident in both technology and English.

Level Three: Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education

Our Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) program is designed to help adults improve their English skills and understand how to navigate important systems in the U.S.

  • English Language Learning: We offer classes to help adults, including those with professional backgrounds from their home countries, enhance their English language skills, from basic to advanced levels.
  • Civics Education: Learn about your rights and responsibilities as a U.S. citizen and how to actively participate in civic life.
  • Workforce Training: Acquire practical skills needed for career advancement and workplace success.

This program supports your journey to becoming a confident, effective parent, worker, and community member in the United States.

Level Four: Transition Career Navigation and Support

Our Transition, Career Navigation, and Support program helps adult education students become more independent and better prepared for today’s job market.

  • Explore Careers: Learn about different job fields and find out which ones interest you. We’ll help you understand what kinds of jobs are available and what you might enjoy.
  • Build Skills: Develop the skills needed for today’s jobs. Get hands-on experience and training to prepare you for the workforce.
  • Pathways to Education: We help connect you with opportunities for further education or training. Whether you want to start working or continue your studies, we provide the support you need.

This program is designed for students who want to explore career options and need help to improve their job prospects or continue their education.
