At CREC, the most important opportunity for employee engagement is our yearly convocation ceremony. For one day in August, more than 2,000 CREC employees come together for FallStaff. Its purpose is to set a course and direction for the upcoming school year, and to address any significant issues that may be facing CREC and the public education community. The program celebrates organizational accomplishments that reflect CREC’s mission of supporting public education, serving children and families in the community, and preparing teachers and staff for the upcoming school year.
