School System Therapies: OT/PT/SLP Services
School system occupational and physical therapy services available on a contractual basis. Schools within the CREC district can contract for therapy services on a short-term or long-term basis.
Homebound Instruction for Students with Low-Incidence Disabilities
Homebound instruction in a hospital or home setting within the CREC region for students, 3 to 21 years of age, who have multiple disabilities and/or medical needs.
Transportation and Fleet Management/Routing
CREC is available to manage all phases or specific areas of a district's transportation system.
Working with districts to design and implement a regional transportation plan.
IPM: Integrated Classrooms for Students with Low-Incidence Disabilities
Classrooms within the CREC region for students, 3 to 21 years of age, who have multiple disabilities and/or medical needs. Staffed by a special education teacher, registered nurse, and paraprofessionals. Services include OT, PT, SLP, and music therapy.
Daily assessment, inspection and monitoring of construction activities to ensure that construction work is carried out according to standards and specifications and safety regulations demanded by the nature of school construction projects.
Management and Construction Administration Services
These services include management and monitoring of construction activities, budget tracking and monitoring, financial reporting, and payment application review.
Competitively bid purchasing programs available to all schools, municipalities, and non-profits. The CT Consortium, PEPPM, and AEPA offer national purchasing power with the security of local support by a non-profit organization.
Through active involvement with board members, architect, engineers, construction manager these services focus on overseeing the entire project from conception through design, construction and closeout.

On-site consultation services within the CREC region for students, 3 to 21 years of age, who have multiple disabilities and/or medical needs. Emphasis is placed on assisting schools with implementing new programs, improving existing ones, and promoting best practice.
Move management is the coordination of the thousands of moving people and parts at the end of any construction project. These services include coordination of furniture and equipment installation, invoice auditing, contract negotiation and move supervision.
