Positive Parenting Program
Triple P is a proven parent education model. With funding from the Department of Children and Families, certified staff work with and support parents in the process of learning and practicing specific parenting strategies in daily life with their children.
Under the Connecticut Birth to Three system, and following the regulations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part C, CREC Birth to Three serves infants and toddlers and their families in north central Connecticut.
Polaris Food Service and Catering
Polaris catering offers food services to local education agencies, community agencies, and organizations for events such as: school meals, meetings, orientations, employee luncheons, workshops, seminars, or open houses.

Programs focused on inter-generational instruction for adults and their children to support and increase the literacy of English Learners.
Supports for Pregnant and Parenting Teens (SPPT)
A grant program serving students in six Connecticut school districts. This project provides school-based support for teens in grades 9 through 12 that focuses on improving the health, education, and social outcomes for pregnant and parenting students and their children.
CREC mindfulness strategy services include benefits such as increased student focus and concentration, raised self-awareness and understanding of others, decreased stress, improved school-wide culture and climate, stronger impulse control, and a reduction in violence.
River Street Preschool/Early Learning Center
Quality preschool instruction in an NAEYC accredited program.
